She is enthusiastic about working with individuals (especially women and youths) and organizations to develop the mindset-shifts needed to create and achieve actionable solutions to contemporary challenges. \n<br><br>\nShe is a member of the John-Maxwell Leadership Team, a BRIDGE Accredited Workshop Facilitator and a Licensed Human Resource Professional. She is a member of the National Centre for Management Development Accredited Management Trainers. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Literature-in English, and she is the author of the book \u201cStrengthening the NAOWA Narrative\u201d. \n\n<br><br>She also holds the following Professional Memberships: Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Member Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA), Associate Member Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and an Honorary Fellow Institute of Educational Leadership Practitioners of Nigeria (IELPN). Her stint in public service and career progression of over 16 years with Nigeria\u2019s Apex Election Management Body, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), is filled with numerous achievements and accolades. \n<br><br>\nShe is a recipient of INEC Commendation Letter for Exemplary Conduct in 2011 as well as the Award for Outstanding Performance INEC Headquarters, 2017.
